EX coming back
Hi, My ex dumped me a month ago after 2 years together. We have been speaking every day since, not as much as when we were a couple but quite a lot. Fast forward to now, he wants to get back together but slowly. The thing is, I can’t stop thinking if he’s been with another girl within the month we’ve been apart. Of course he was single and he could do what he wanted but he’s said to me that he hasn’t been. There has been some indicators that he might not be telling the truth as he has lied a lot in the past. And I found a packet of something used during naughty time yesterday in his bathroom, but he said it’s his room mates. I’m just really confused as if he has been with other girls I wouldn’t get back with him. What should I do?
I think you should ask him again and see if he lies again. If you dont think you got the truth, you can also try asking his roommates about him if you still have your suspicion.. but only if you feel comfortable enough to do so. If you have a gut feeling about it, then you might be right. Also the fact that he lied a lot in the past is a red flag. Do you really want to be with a liar and not knowing when he’s telling the truth or not? Idk if any of this helped but I hope you get a truthful answer. Goodluck :)

what matters? That the two of you have the opportunity to walk next to each other? Or the possibility that he might have had whatever with someone else? In my experience, winding yourself up about things that might have happened will have impact on your relationship. You don't know. Leave the past as is, live in the here and now.
