Guys never choose me

So I need advice more than anything. I just found out the guy Ive been seeing the last 4-5 months has been on tinder and talking to other girls on Instagram. We havent talked about exclusivity, but the past four months had me feeling like we were building something. Then, my roommate found him on tinder and that was the last straw. I blocked him on Instagram deleted his number, and FB messenger.

I know that might seem harsh, but he was definitely treating me as a girlfriend so I was thinking that maybe it was naturally growing somewhere more serious and I was going to bring up about DTR, but now I know with evidence that his head wasnt there at all.

I feel like guys never choose me. I care so much about guys I date and I know one of my issues is definitely communicating my feelings. Ive just been in rushed relationships that blew out quickly when we did talk about bf/gf within the first few weeks of dating. I was hoping this time since I waited I could grow genuine feelings and be sure of myself, but now Im confused.

I feel like dating has me growing more untrustworthy and cautious of guys in the relationship aspect. I dont want to be that girl that is very hard to open up when a genuine guy wants to be with me, but I feel like being skeptical and following my intuition has been the only thing saving me from future pain. However, it also self-sabatoges relationships since I tend to overthink, but everytime Ive been right.

I feel so lost.

@tinadec hello there! having difficulties to open up and being scared of who to trust is something lot of people (including me) struggle with and i understand how you would feel. one thing you could ask yourself would be: what would you rather experience? trying out new things and maybe failing or staying in your comfort zone and not getting hurt? I will not tell you what to do in this situation as im no expert and i wouldnt want to give you any tip that could be harmful, however i am sure that you are stronger than this and you have my full support. maybe you could sit down and reflect on what you want in life and what kind of relationships you want to experience. and regarding your headline - do you think that guys determine your worth? just because no guy has been able to value you for the person you are and hasn t given you the love you deserve, doesnt mean you are any less worthy heart to what extent is the opinion of these guys important to you?
