Help, my boyfriend has narcissistic traits

Hello, me and my boyfriend are dating for 7 months already and everything was just perfect in the beginning. He made me feel like I am the one and the best for him and he treated me really good. After time, some issues came up (like different ideas, opinions etc.) and I noticed he is dealing with issues differently than other people do. He always got mad or really upset at me even though it was a very small issue to me and kept talking about his idea like it is the only right one and mine is wrong. In the end, he made feel responsible for this issue/arguement we had and always somehow made me believe that he is right and I apologized. We also had some issues with my family (my cousin just said that she doesn't have a good feeling about him since she doesn't know him and he is also of different culture - our relationship is long distance so..) and he reacted very strongly and told me to feel responsible because it's my fault I let them hurt him. I'd say it's normal that people don't like him at the first sight and have to get to know him better. But he thinks that I am siding with her and don't understand his pain and she is talking sh*t behind his back. He also has a great speaker talent, acts very confident, comparing himself to kings and wants to be a leader. He can't even work for someone bc he wants to have his own rules. I know he had difficult past and was abused as a kid, so that might be a cause. Does somebody know what should I do? I don't want to break up.
