"I would understand anyway." It sounds as though you're a little insecure (we all are, don't worry c:).
A lot of the time the best way to find out if she likes you is to ask her directly. Maybe she's waiting for you the same way you're waiting for her, or maybe she doesn't realize she's sending signals. Either way, you'll know for sure.
