How to date if you're an introvert.
Dating for an adult introvert is tough. It requires you to get out there and socialize but I find it difficult to do as my social anxiety and awkardness kicks in. I can't even bring myself to flirt. I keep thinking, "maybe I haven't found the right one yet" but I also think that waiting isn't gonna solve it. I tried dating apps, but all I get are people wanting to hook up and people who I thought our convos are getting somewhere but then midway stops talking to me. Maybe I'm really just that boring lol.
The last relationship I had was from 5 years ago and I don't think you can even call it a relationship cause it only lasted for a few months. I'm also feeling a lot of pressure from my family and friends, I mean almost all of my friends either have kids now or getting married. It's just frustrating that everytime I meet up with them the question I always get asked to is how my dating life is.
I don't know what better options I have. I'm not desperate or anything, just lonely. Hoping I could get some tips from you all.

Finding the right person to date can be difficult. Especially with dating apps and being an introvert. Have you tried different approaches to meeting people for dating? For instance, meeting someone through hobbies or other interest group activities. :)💜
I think I have. Does meeting people through online gaming count? I tried, even got close to them but it all ended up being platonic. It sucks.
I met multiple friends from having the same hobbies when I was 17.
Now 9 years later we are still close friends and thanks to them I have met more and more people.
This slowly helps with the being an introvert and if they are great people they will help you out.
Dating might be hard as an introvert but, if you find the right person, your life will be so much better.
Just try, find a girl with the same hobbies go on dates and see if she is the right one.
