I am feeling so lost and confused
My husband and I have had a rocky past him texting other woman behind my back and deleting the messages. Well he travels a lot well did for work till recently. He was either staying at hotel rooms and or his co workers house which this co worker and his wife are known for sleeping around on each other they just together for their kid. Well the other day hubby saw a bump on his private parts and freaked out now why would he freak out if I was the only one he was sleeping with when we been together four years and I haven't cheated on him not once. So now that has me in my head I'm a overthinker and now I'm thinking what if he did cheat. Did he get a std and has given it to me I'm just so lost idk what to do

I am sorry your going through this -its a very stressful situation. Have you tried to get to a Dr and get checked out. This will help your health and give you some answers about the possible cheating husband. Anything you share with the Dr is confidential . I think that putting yourself first and taking good care of you will give you the strength to deal with any adversity you might be facing.
A good therapist may help you navigate ways to cope with this situation . Personally therapy has been incredible helpful to me.
