Is he bored of me(and how can i fix my neediness?)

Well hello, i have been really really stressed out about my relationship and here is the story.

So my bf started liking me like 7 months ago(since school started) and he has been literally chasing me and wasn't backing up even at my worst attitudes. So at the end and after like a month of flirting i decided that we should be together like two months ago. Everything has been great so far but like 2 weeks ago in an argument i told him that i don't love him without meaning it. And he has been devastated after that. He told me that he got through it but we both realised he didn't after an another argument after that incident and he wanted to not see each other and work some shit up in his mind. We then met after that break and let me tell you it was like 2 days, wasn't even a long time. But i feel like everything has changed after that. I feel like he is bored of me(he feels the same abt me too btw) and I have been literally paranoid like about EVERYTHING. He suggested that we should at least see other friends because we are together everyday and texting everytime and I was literally freaked out about it. I, know believe everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie and I can't believe the opposite. He would spend all his time with me and cancel his plans for me before. He a long time asocial sold his gaming pc to spend more time with me. I tell him that these things have changed and he keeps saying my love for you is stable and hanging out with other people is for two of us to have healthy relationship and tells me that i am bored too. I am stressed about everything and especially everytime we are not together/or texting. My mind is not free even these times cause I remember the past events and think about bad odds that happened that idk of and constantly feel like he is lying.

I became very needy again as all of my relationships because of my huge trust issues and idk what to do. Is he bored of me? Please help me I would really appreciate it. And please ask anything abt my bf or me or our relationship to get a better opinion of if he is bored. Thank you very much.
