About 6 months ago my boyfriend and I came across financial issues and had to quickly act and move in with his mom. He promised me it would only be a few weeks until things got situated. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and say we could stay here for a little longer to help save money. Well agreeing to that I didn’t know a lot that would come with it. All of my stuff, clothes furniture basically my entire life is still packed up in boxes, I have one drawer in a dresser for me to put my belongings. I don’t have enough clothes so I’m rotating dirty laundry. His mom on the other hand has secretly attacked me by saying things to other people in front of me how I do nothing when I clean up after myself and do things around the house and ask everyday. I am in the bedroom across the hall from her so we have no privacy. I also work from home and she doesn’t work so we are always around each other His mom also watches her grand kids every day leading to no privacy even more. And when the kids are here they get thrown on us as a free babysitter when I didn’t want to do it. I know this Is a long rant but I have no Friends and every time I try to talk to my boyfriend about my feelings on our situation he thinks I want to fight. I’m just emotionally drained and stuck and just feel alone in this situation right now.

Hello there pink!🙋‍♀️ Thanks for writing this. (: 💜

From what you wrote, i learn that you've been living with your boyfriend at his mom's place for 6 months now due to financial issues. You have to live with no privacy or comfort and your boyfriends' mom complains about you to others though you're doing your best. Sure that's a lot to put up with! It must be frustrating to have someone complain about you without recognising your efforts. I get why this is being so difficult for you. It'd have felt similarly in that situation.

Your boyfriends' mom has her grandkids over everyday and you have to babysit em unwillingly. I've been there too. No wonder you feel stuck and emotionally drained because all this really is exhausting. You're completely rightful to feel how you're feeling. Having your boyfriend not understand your struggles on top of everything makes it even more challenging. ):

I really hope that things will look up for you soon and you can start living a better life which you absolutely deserve. Sending you so much love and hugs.🌸
