I would consider it a major gamble to trust this guy again. He just ghosted you when someone else caught his eye. He left her over an infection. He seems to just come and go according to his whim and doesn't really seem to care about feelings that aren't his. But you know him better than I do. Do you think this is a one-off, or is he likely to pull this kind of stunt again?
