Need advice

So at work I’m constantly working with different people. Typically I don’t make my coworkers close friends. But this one coworker of mine is really open and super outgoing. Ever since we started working together we text each other pretty often ranging from funny videos, our hobbies, life situations, and dating. I’ve grown to really like her personality and started to developed feelings for her. Also one thing to note is that we don’t hang out in person because we live hundreds of miles away from each other so it’s hard to get an actual read on her.

I want to tell her about my feelings but I’m afraid I’m risking my work environment if it doesn’t work out. Also, the fact that she’s not really into dating long distance (I mean who is). In contrast she did say say “maybe”. I’m also not the type to go for coworkers because of Past experiences. We get along so well and share a lot of our hobbies, humor, and interests, that it makes me want to risk it all. I’m still not sure which is the right move; tell her or leave it be. Wondering if anyone can give advice on experiences they had similar to mines or insights on how to maybe to approach it or how it worked out for them.

TLDR:

i developed feelings for my coworker. I’m debating if I should tell her and risk an awkward workplace or I leave it and stop talking to her completely.

Make sure the feelings are real and can develop further, Do you get anything thing from her to think there could be more?

If they are then yes, for me follow your feelings, if its meant to be it will be,

If you don't try / ask you will never know

Hard place to be in and wish you best of luck, if you proceed, and let us know how you go,

On my thoughts
