Not sure whats happening
Hey guys
I broke up with my boyfriend for a couple of weeks.I was very sad and missed him a lot but today I feel nothing at all. Is that normal?

It's normal to experience a range of emotions after a breakup, including sadness, anger, and confusion. It's also common to miss your ex-partner and feel a sense of loss and loneliness. However, it's important to remember that everyone processes emotions differently and at their own pace.
It's possible that you are feeling numb or detached as a way of coping with the pain of the breakup. This can be a natural response to a traumatic or stressful event, and it may be a sign that you are trying to protect yourself from feeling overwhelmed or vulnerable.
It's also possible that you are starting to move on from the relationship and are beginning to focus on your own well-being. This is a healthy and normal process, and it's important to allow yourself the time and space to heal and rebuild your life without your ex-partner.
Regardless of the reasons for your current emotional state, it's important to remember that you are not alone and that there are people who care about you and want to support you. It may be helpful to talk to a friend, family who can provide a safe and supportive space for you to express your feelings and work through your experiences. Take care of yourself and know that things will get better with time.
