Pain of disrespect
I've been in my relationship for a little over a year. We live together raising our kids together. This was supposed to be the last relationship for me but some how it's over and this might still be the last relationship for me. How can you love someone and want to see them hurt? Want to bring them down? How do you love someone and only care about what you can gain? I've never had a relationship end on my terms and feel so down about it. How can you love someone and not feel hurt when they have pain? I love hard and I always will but imma love me and my son and try not to focus on the pain I have to deal with.

I know how you feel. I'm going through the same thing and ask myself the same questions. It's hard.
“How can you love someone and not feel hurt when they have pain?” That part really got me. I’ve been going through this exact thing. I will never understand it, but I know that it’ll get better. You have a great mentality already to pour that love into yourself and your son. I’ve learned that just because you love someone with all your heart, doesn’t mean that that love is theirs. That love will always be yours and your sons.
