Possible to continue a relationship after physical abuse and cheating?

I've been with my current boyfriend for 2.5 years. We've had issues with physical abuse in the past and I recently found out he had cheated on me multiple times with a girl who has now been stalking me and my family since march. My question is, is it possible to move on after these things have happened? Is it possible to regain trust? And he's not willing to try counceling.

Hello, Casr heart

The problem is, you're asking the right questions but you're not the one that should be asking them. If your boyfriend has cheated and physically abused you, it's important for HIM to find ways of creating a healthy relationship with you. Not one where your physical and emotional health is being jeopardized. If he's not willing to go to counseling, then I assume he hasn't got any others ideas to improve his attitude towards the relationship (besides ignoring the issues or pledging false promises of improving, without any real substance).

The question is, are you willing to put up with that attitude? You can't fix him, only he can.

I know that it's going to be a difficult decision, so I truly wish you all the best. Take care and please stay safe. Xx
