we recently had our baby boy. He is 2 months old and our first child. He is completely wonderful with him, as he is as a person!

Well I noticed he snooped in my phone, no big deal, so I looked at his as well.

**I do not want to offend anyone whatsoever just typing it how I found it**

Only to find out he watches porn just about everyday.. and at that it is "shemale", transgender. And in the most recent search it said gay father and son.. even though it wasnt watched but it was searched and paged through..

Now idk how long this has been going on; I seen before that he watched porn just about every day including the "shemale" but I never seen the gay. So this was really alarming to me.

He couldnt explain this to me, I didnt talk to him for two days. He told me he wanted to make things right so we sat and tried to talk but he didnt really say much except he didnt know. He told me he isnt gay and isnr turned on by that and doesnt like kids that he isnt a weirdo. So I asked him if something had happened to him before and he said no very sternly and quick. Had to tend to baby after this.

After about an hour or so we sat down again and Instead of being mad I tried to talk and explain how I felt. I asked him again if something had happened to him and he began to cry and hugged me real right and said he would never do that to his son, he'd never hurt him or "mess him up" like that.

It was his father that did something to him-I didnt ask many questions

But should I be worried for my son???? sadcrying

Hi proactiveSpring2151,

I can completely understand how scary this is for you, and that you are fearing for the safety of your son right now. Honestly I would be worth absolutely nothing if based on this, I would tell you that you either have to be concerned or have nothing to be worried about. The truth is that everyone is different and will deal with things in a different way. Those search terms alone are not necessarily alarming and far from everyone with a history of abuse will later switch roles and end up being the abuser.

However, traumatic experiences need to be properly "dealt with". If not, people can end up reacting in unexpected ways. And again, this can out itself in multiple ways and does not have to mean that he will end up crossing the lines with your son. And when he says that he would never do that to your son, I am absolutely inclined to believe that. A side-note: not everyone who ends up crossing the line, really want to do what they're doing.

I would keep in mind that your boyfriend is an amazing person and that he does not intend to harm your son in any way. But I would also keep in mind that he has a traumatic past which he has not really dealt with. There is great, professional help out there to help your boyfriend deal with the traumatic experience he had. And it is okay having to resolve to this kind of help. You seem like a loving and caring person and so does your boyfriend. So with the right amount of professional help for him to deal with his trauma if needed, I have no doubts that your son will grow up in a warm and loving family.
