My fiancee shows interest like a friend, always calls romantic things cringe, want to talk about so called cool things like art, culture, work etc. Is it normal that girls may take things this slow? We're not meeting in months, no video calls, and in fact calls in few days. The relationship is too cold. She says till marriage it will be like that. It's arranged marriage.

Sorry to hear you're having a cold relation but given its an arranged marriage it isn't very unlikely. Even guys behave coldly (saying from experience). It can make you feel sad, also worried about the future of the relationship. I have no advice to give you. But I do understand.
