Hey there, hopefully you are doing well. Theres a few things I would like to point out;
While my girlfriend and I was at a coffee shop one afternoon, I was on Twitter to read some celebrity tweets. She, on the other hand, is doing her thing at her laptop. (I wonder why you were on your phone and she on her laptop when you two are supposed to spend time connecting and talking about things like each other day or making each other laugh) I'm stood up to order a foreign cuisine she loves while leaving my phone at the table. The moment I got back, I noticed that my girlfriend is holding my phone. (This is a red flag, this shows she has trust issues. She is not supposed to be checking your phone without your permission) She raised her voice at me. Its all about me failing to unfollow my ex-girlfriend. (She is feeling anxious and afraid of losing you.) She got mad about that.(Theres no reason tor her to get mad, but she is perceiving abandonment and having negative thoughts about the situation) She asked if I still love my ex or what. (She is getting anxious and insecure here, losing emotional self control. Its very important you know how to deal with her when she gets like this, if not then she will create even more drama and it will lead to arguments) Do I have to do that? (No you shouldnt unfollow your ex if thats something you dont want to do, she is trying to control you on order to not lose you) Why do girls have that mind-set? (Insecure girls would do this or if the girl sees you are flirtint with the ex or sees inappropriate behavior)
