Toxic friendships n relationships

The amount of trust that I gave to those assholes, the amount of love, the amount of me caring, the amount of me thinking about how they would feel was all taken advantage of. It seems like being a decent human being is just non existent because every time I try to be one, I get used. Nobody asks if I’m okay because I am always the one who is always there to help. Don’t get me wrong, I love helping people. But I can’t always help. Nobody actually helps me when I need it, they say they care...they say I will be there. But they end up talking about themselves, I am going thru shit and I don’t wanna hear about your shit. It’s tiring when your partner demands attention but you don’t get it back. They all victimized themselves in the end...
