Obviously true lol, above listed are a few ways through which people get to live with one other, get to know your thoughts, mindset, behaviour patterns, how you handle xyz things, your awareness, tactfulness and skill set, *you* etc better so of course it helps in understanding someone more closely and deeply! 💛

Hi there, thanks for sharing such a quote that really resonates with quite a few people. How I see it, these four scenarios can really reveal someone's deeper character and not just their personalities when things are pleasant. These situations demonstrate how people handle pressure, stress, vulnerability, and compromise.
Traveling together can illuminate how a person handles unpredictability and things not going as planned.
Money issues test the fairness, trust and boundaries.
Anger reveals the person's patience, respect and their way of handling and processing difficult emotions. Do they communicate or lash out?
Living together shows space management, mindfulness, habits and emotional labor.
I honestly enjoyed directing this quote that you have posted, I am very curious to hear about your thoughts on these situations and maybe your experience?

Hey there. Thanks for the detailed explanation. It's surely going to help people find clarity on the pointers mentioned in the picture.
In my experience, getting to know someone closely involves several aspects as mentioned and even apart from those. Sometimes for instance, when we're in love we tend to see the person through rose tinted glasses, overlooking the overwhelming and negative aspects of their personality. Focusing on a person's overall attributes should involve how they respond to goods and bads, alike.

Yeah, I agree with your "rose-tinted glasses" analogy when people are in love. I feel as though truly loving someone only comes when you truly know the person. These situation mentioned are really important to investigate your love/tolerance/endurance for your potential partner.

Thank you for sharing this. These four things happen with the help of intentionality to get to know a person. Traveling with them involves money, dealing with them when they're angry, and living with them typically begins in a more committed relationship that has succeeded in passing the early and superficial stages. You won't fully know them without these encounters because it requires the value of time, effort, understanding, commitment, patience, and gives the basic reality check in every relationship.
Which of these feels most true to you? Why?
