What does it mean?
So I met this guy at my workplace, I like him first but he still doesn’t know about my feeling yet until now. We worked on two projects together and then we kept chatting (not everyday). Every time I get his messages, my whole mood lighten up and I enjoy texting with him and I assume he does too because we texted for hours even though he doesn’t like texting. Some of the conversations are started by me and sometimes initiated by him. There is nothing flirty in the conversation but I can clearly see he treats me differently from other co-workers.
however, recently he never texted me and even when I texted him first, he always cut the conversation short. I am not sure why or what’s going on as I have no rights to ask because there is nothing going on between us. Or maybe he finds another co-worker,who he is working with more interesting. I just hope he likes me the same way I like him.

Having someone you like can be hard as we can tend to overthink and analyze everything that the other person to see if that person remotely shows some interest in us. Its normal to feel like this and go through this. I'd say it may be too early to really know his true intentions but I'd say to continue treating him with respect as a co-worker and letting things go naturally.

one of my ex's thought ignored me for awhile before our relationships because he thought that i liked someone else.
Maybe, he thinks that you like someone else and he felt a bit yk hopeless/heartbroken? In a friend way ask him if everything is alright because he seemed a bit lost or not like himself. Try and cheer him up as well. If he doesn't talk much send him jokes and happy stuff. If he's still the same then maybe give him a bit of space. If he reacts nicely towards it and open. Try like flirty stuff, idk like ask him if he knows any pick up lines. I did this to my ex crush, well actually i just went up to her and well here's what happend

Her "Idk, is there?"
Me "You ruin- Yk what I can work with that. Oh wait, there's 26 letters, I forgot U R A Q T (ur a cutie)"
