@limeBirch3750 Usually when guys are sending mixed signals I'd say they are not worth it. If you think he is worth it, you should casually ask him what's going on and see his response. It is, however, a possibility that he is afraid of commitment/getting close. You won't know unless you ask. heart

@Solia

Tks for response . . I know mixed signals usually are not good . . What I was gonna do was wait and see if I hear anything I'm not gonna contact but by a month if I hear nothing was gonna just text and ask why . . If he could say over Xmas best say bye and then texts and meets . . After we met just not be a coward and text and say that's it whatever it was is over . . And have closure

When a man is interested, he lets you know. Dating is supposed to be fun, not a chore. When you're dating, you do not need to focus on only one man. You should open your horizons and date a few different men. Dating is dating... and should never be treated any sense of exclusive or as an immediate pathway to a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. If that sort of relationship develops over time, it does and certainly can. However, dating is really about you getting out there and meeting multiple men, learning as you go to things you want in a partner and things you do not, then finally finding that one person that you want to be with - and it's very mutual with effort on BOTH sides.

I know that this strongly depends on your culture - but, I'd suggest that today - just being assertive, up front, and a good communicator are vital through the dating process. If he's not willing to do any of that - clearly, he's not interested.

Keep searching... and do not limit yourself.

Have you thought about asking for clarification of what's going on? I'm sure he doesn't want to hurt you but clearly he's being quite confusing. <3 Don't forget you're not alone.

Online dating can be very confusing. It's hard to find a balanced conversation, as it's difficult to know what people really want. Some people may not want to invest time in texting if they feel they're not going to get something out of it. Some people may have engaged initially out of boredom and then just dropped the thread because they have no obligation to keep talking. One can never know what's going through someone's head, especially when communicating the majority of the time via text. If I felt like someone was really worth it but was flaking on me, I would try once or twice more to engage in a solid conversation/appointment. I would offer up the first text and if planning a meet-up, I would put forth the location, time, etc etc. If they can't or wont' give a solid reply to that, I would move on - they are not willing to put in any effort even though I basically gave them all the chances to interact with me with the minimum amount of work from their side.

**Convinced I've replied to this post before, but not sure now if I hit send or not. If I have already and it's just not showing up or something, sorry about that.

It seems like you really like him, and wishes to see more of him. It's hard though when you're left there hanging, unsure of where you and him stand. It's a difficult position for sure, and not a great one to be in. How would it sound for you to talk to him about it? Let him know about how you feel. If he continues sending mixed signals though, I'd say that he isn't worth your time and you deserve something more! Ofcouse it's easier said than done, if you have feelings for him. I wish you luck <3
