It started bc i caught myself fantasizing about my ex, and i got confused. So I decided to take a break from my boyfriend, and after a while of thinking, we got back bc i realised that i love him, but ever since then, im having anxiety attacks, and it wont stop.

and overall, im just really confused on myself, on why do I feel anxious when im with him?? why am I so freaked out about my thing with him??? I'm really anxious on the thought that i dont love him bc i don't wanna lose him, but its like i cant seem to stop

i need advice, or something, pls :(

You know, gut feelings should never be ignored. If something feels off, it probably is.

hey dear! i'm really glad that you opened up about it and i will try my best to help you out on this! i can see you're having a hard time with your feelings about your boyfriend, and its completely understandable! please correct me if i'm wrong but to summarize it you're having second thoughts about being with him because you had thoughts about your ex and now you're scared and thinking that u might not love him like oyu thought you did?

all relationships have their ups and downs my dear and at some point we all have these thoughts where we're just not sure about our relationship when everything is going smoothly, we think about all the what ifs and anxiety makes us think things that mgiht not even be true, i cant say they're cold feet or something like that but what i can tell you is that sometimes confiding in the person you love migiht be able to help you with this and they'd try to help you figure it out, or maybe taking a break from your relationship and figuring the path your heart chooses for you might help as well!

i hope what i said helped you! Dont hesitate to seek me out if you need me, i'm always here for you!

have a good day! :))

You’ve been in a relationship with your partner for a year now, but sometime about a month ago you started freaking out when you were caught fantasising about your ex, which led you to feeling confused. Finding yourself in that situation made you to decide on taking a break from your current relationship. This space and time alone helped you reflect on things, and eventually you got back together because you realized you still loved that person. However in an unexpected event you started experiencing anxiety attacks which you say wouldn’t stop. You are wondering what makes you feel anxious when they are in your presence, but nevertheless worried if whatever feelings you share towards them is real. It scares you because you don’t want to loose them. Yet the continuous anxiety makes everything more complicated.

I understand you felt confused from the moment your boyfriend found out you were thinking about your ex, so to figure out your feelings you decided to take a break. Your constant worry whether you still love them yet not wanting to lose them shows a lot of consideration for your partner. Taking some space for yourself to reflect before simply ending the relationship is one of the signs of that.

Although you are experiencing a lot of emotions right now and you’re worried about your relationship, which all that is valid. I have to be honest with you though that, I am your listener who is willing to be there for you to simply listen, emphasise and support as best as I can. But giving you advice not fully understanding the whole picture of your situation might be more harmful than helpful. I hope we can reach an understanding on that.

Hi! Thank you so much for sharing all of this. It sounds like you’re carrying a lot right now. It makes complete sense that you’re feeling confused and anxious, especially after everything you’ve been through with your relationship and the break. It’s really brave of you to be this honest with yourself and to reach out. Fantasizing about an ex can shake you, but it doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong—it could just mean there’s something unresolved in you, or even just stress showing up in unexpected ways. And anxiety doesn’t always mean you don’t love someone. Sometimes our minds spiral because we do care deeply, and the fear of losing what we love makes us doubt everything. Can I ask, when the anxiety hits, what are the thoughts or fears that come up the strongest? Sometimes naming them helps loosen their grip a little.  You’re not alone in this, and you’re not broken. You’re trying to make sense of your feelings, and that takes real strength. I’m here to talk through it with you anytime. ❤️

Sometimes our minds react with fear even when we care deeply about someone. Thinking about your ex doesn't mean you don't love your boyfriend; it might just mean you are overwhelmed, or something deeper needs attention. You are not broken for feeling this way, and you don't have to figure everything out all at once. Be gentle with yourself, you are doing your best, and that's enough right now.

@BlueGxrl3 Thank you for being so honest about what you’re going through... It’s completely ok to feel confused and anxious ,, specially when your heart and mind feel like they’re pulling in different directions... Those feelings don’t make you weak or wrong; they just show that you’re human and trying to figure things out... It’s really brave to share this,, and you deserve patience

and kindness as you work through it... You’re not alone in this...

@BlueGxrl3Thanks for sharing. It sounds like you’re really overwhelmed right now. Confusion and anxiety in relationships can feel really heavy — but it doesn’t mean you don’t care.

Be kind to yourself. You’re trying to understand your feelings, and that’s a strong first step. You’re not alone

@BlueGxrl3 Hi there! Thank you so much for opening up to us and sharing this. It sounds like you’re feeling quite anxious about your feelings towards your boyfriend because of the fantasies you had about your ex. It must feel quite scary to try figuring all this out while being in the relationship because it sounds like you’re afraid to make a “wrong move.” If you’re okay with me asking, why are you so scared to have different feelings towards your boyfriend now compared to say when you started dating? We’re all here for you no matter what💜
