breakup or no?

well i have a boyfriend of 8 months. i love him. though hes cheated on me by flirting with 3 girls (whom i disliked before this incident) & would lie to his friends about us & hide it from me. i will text him & he will go on social media & not anwser for a little. his birthday is actually tomorrow. i always thought i would marry him. but another flaw is he does not like my family. but he is also my first to a lot of things. & im so used to talking to him everyday & i love his family. in the past weve broken up before because i have mild trust issues & anxiety.

there is also another issue. my co-worker has liked me for the longest time. me & him spent the entire weekend together. i enjoyed it sm. he very relaxed & always texts me back unless hes doing something. i also love his family. the only flaw is that he has a past with my cousin. although my cousins does not care & supports us. i feel very comfortable with him & feel like maybe it could work.

so i am not sure if i should stick with my boyfriend or break up with my boyfriend for my co-worker.

also if i do go for my co-worker, how do i break up with my boyfriend ?
