Understanding is so difficult
Okay so, I have this group of online friends that I'm really close with. We do fun roleplay together and call each other often, but lately theres been issues. Nothing too serious, but...after solving and issue and talking it out I keep feeling unsatisfied? I dont get why, the problem is solved and things are good again, so I shouldnt keep being bitter, especially not when I know my friends would never intentionally harm me. Lately I've just been so bitter at everything and I don't know how to stop. My life is getting better, it doesnt make sense. I feel so bitter and at the same time...disconnected??? I just want to know how to fix things in myself so that I can be a better friend...

Hi there--welcome to 7 CUps. 💜 If I'm understanding, it's like you'll have some issues or conflicts with your online friends. And those problems will seem like they've been "solved", but it'll feel to you like something is still a bit unresolved. Like there's a sort of lingering bitterness or feeling of disconnection.
I'm only speculating, but I wonder if maybe even though the conflict appears to be solved on the surface, there are still certain unspoken feelings you have that feel like they haven't been shared, heard, and understood/accepted by your friends?
If there's anything you'd like to share and talk through, it's possible it might helpful to be able to talk to someone about them. If you're interested, HERE is a list of experienced listeners you can reach out to who accept 1-on-1 chats. Alternatively, you're welcome to schedule a chat with me if you'd like. Or there's always the forums if you want to post more here.
