How is September for you so far?
We all experience unpleasant emotions like frustration, disappointment, fear, anxiety, and exhaustion from time to time. I found this simple trick someone shared on social media that works well to create instant calming effects. Feel free to try it.
Lean back, roll your eyeballs up as if you are trying to see the back without moving your head. Breathe normally.
