Idea for this weekend self-care activity is Vision Board
What is vision board?
Vision boards are collages of images which represent goals and dreams. Clipped pictures from magazines or words that help you manifest your dreams and achieve your goals can be placed on the board.
5 Benefits of Having Vision Board?
1. The purpose of vision boards is to help us become aware of what's important to us and reflect.
2. Makes our dreams become more clear.
3. Improves creativity.
4. Boost motivation.
5. Using vision boards might also help us envision a positive future. Positive emotions and optimism are better induced by envisioning a positive future. Opportunities and success often arise from positive emotions.
As we have gone too deep into digital world *smh, you can create it the traditional way or create your e-vision board 😍
✅Collect pictures, quotes, or whatever that are reminders of your dreams and goals. And stuck them on your board. Simple, right? Below is the example of my e-vision board :

You can print and place it where you can see it easily, or using it as phone wallpaper, or your wallpaper on your laptop, perhaps? Any other ideas for the weekend activities?
