Other people's belief

When you meet other people with other religious belief/faith than yourself, how do you react? Is it right or wrong to start testing their faith?

@Mindfulseeker why test them? Everyone's belief are their own business. If you want to discuss their beliefs and ask questions because you're curious, that's ok, and still it's better to ask first if they are ok discussing the topic. But what's the point of testing them? They will only feel attacked as if you were trying to prove them wrong and it will lead absolutely nowhere.
