I’ve seen good things happen through hard times and how just because things are crazy, doesn’t make the entire situation bad.
It’s been slow and I need to put more time into it.
Usually music, or writing down randoms.

It happens sometimes when I read you, maybe you are using a specific color?

What was missing was the quote of your post. I use dark screen so I will try to remember that.

I'm glad to know that meditation helps you understanding the meaning of spiritual or religious concepts.
@soulsings I've never tried meditation. But I guess I do in a different kind of way. Like in the evenings I put on all the things that relax me light some candles try clear my mind. It's really hard to clear your mind though. So is that like meditating??
@Tinywhisper11 meditating is different things to different people. The mind is naturally full of thoughts. I do not try to stop thinking. I just try to focuas on something so when my mind starts to follow a thought, I can bring it back to focus.
I use battery operated candles they are safer.
@soulsings ohh! Ok ❤ and yes battery operated candles are safer. But it's ok my carers light them for me, they are no where near where the bunny plays and my carers also put them out. When they help me lie down to sleep ❤❤gives you a giant festive tiny hug ❤
I'm grateful I found this group! I got to church every Sunday with my kids and my 5 year said to me yesterday "team Jesus not the devil" I was one proud mama, her Sunday school is making a positive impact on her 🙏🙌

@MeaningfulSilence hi ❤ something positive, I've still been able to do bits of art, I'm slowly making Xmas decorations 😁 my spiritual connection has kept my faith and hopes up, that this virus I've been ill with for over a month now will soon be over. The realisation of knowing, oneday I'll most likely become completely paralysed and it'll be a miracle if I live to 40 years old. Is very scary, especially with a virus this long😞 but I shouldn't complain, God has blessed me with so much ❤ I have so much more than I could imagine. Coping with problems, well what can we do, but try to handle the situation the best we can and keep going ❤❤
