Thankful to God
I want to give a shout out to God today. It has been about 6 months since he cured me of alcoholism. Insurance wouldn't pay for rehab. Psychiatrist wouldn't prescribe withdrawal drugs. I was in danger of a lethal seizure by just quitting. So with faith I prayed. I woke up the next day with no cravings and still haven't touched alcohol. Not a single withdrawal. I am a church goer but I teach the most on your personal relationship with God. Strongest bond there is and it's up to nobody to judge. Many people, including doctors, don't seem to believe how I quit drinking. But that doesn't bother me. I share it anyways. I have no need to prove it. My current health is proof enough.

Believe it or not miracles happen every day, all around us. We just have to open our eyes to see them ❤❤
@Tinywhisper11 I taught a class on miracles at the church following this event. Nobody at church knew I was an alcoholic before I shared this.
@TrueSight that was very brace of you to share ❤❤❤ it's important that people see/hear theese kinds of miracles. Faith is very important ❤❤gives you a giant festive tiny hug ❤
@Tinywhisper11 I was even telling store clerks when they noticed I wasn't buying alcohol. I'm looking for a wider platform.

@practicalPlum3423 even though it's only been about 6 months it honestly feels like the years of drinking never happened. I never think about it. Even seeing alcohol at the store. I just have no interest. If I do think about it I just feel nausea. The doctor said the scarring on my liver will go away.
