getting into crystals
recently i've been interested in learning chakras and crystals. today i just bought my first ever set of crystals and i held them individually to sense what kind of energy i'm getting.
citrine was by far the most heavy when it comes to energy for me. i've never in my life felt this kind of energy coming from an inanimate object. it was pretty scary at first but because this was a shocking experience my curiosity kept telling me to hold it again and again. by the 3rd time i actually felt so drained and i almost threw up.
i tried searching for answers about my solar plexus and why citrine affected me that way. i found that it was a way of telling me that i that i've been depressed and upset for so long and that would be true. i'm not sure how i can use this for healing if this hurts me tho.

I'm glad you are seeking more answers as to why you are feeling a certain way.
But I would look into this a little bit further.
