Idk. I think believers always find peace in their hearts even if circumstances are difficult. And rejectors of truth always feel at unease even if their apparent lives look perfect ..

that’s true in many cases, believers do have that inner peace, even in hard times. this hadith is more about how dunya compares to the next life. like, even if things are good here, it still feels limited when you’re living with purpose and boundaries. and for someone who doesn’t believe in the afterlife, this might feel like paradise, because it’s all they’re aiming for. it’s not really about who's happy or not, more just a reminder that the real reward isn’t here.

sometimes it becomes hard to keep hope, specially when you see everything around that's been happening, but anyway, alhamdulillah. can't complain.

Indeed but with hardship comes ease. If not in this dunya then in akhirah. Alhamdulillah for everything. Allah is the best of planners and He tests those whom He loves the most.
"Or do you think that you will enter Paradise without being tested like those before you? They were afflicted with suffering and hardship and were so shaken that even the Messenger and the believers with him cried out, 'When will the help of Allah come?' Unquestionably, the help of Allah is near."
(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:214)
