I thinkfor over 18 listeners it is 18+ for teen listeners 16+.
Yes...it's not easy to find older listeners. Your best option is to go thru the profiles of the listeners who are active. There should be something in their profile that gives you a clue as to if they are younger or older. Then send them a direct message to request

I think even though age is important, it is also important to see how long the listener has been on 7cups. Unexperienced listeners tend to have difficulty when speaking with more experienced listeners who have been on 7cupsfor a while.
