Technical difficulties :/

I'm not entirely sure this is the right place to be asking this, but oh well :P So, there was apparently this one listener I talked to (I don't really remember doing it, but whatevs) and I keep on getting emails saying "One unread message from ------" and I come on here everytime just to check, but no one with their name shows up in my conversations and I can't even find them when I look up their name in the "Browse Listeners" section. So...I think they may have deleted their account or something, is there any way to get the messages to stop coming?
