What is one piece of (safety/knowledge) advice you would give a new member?
What are some things you wish you had known when you first joined as a member?
Respect these people! They are volunteers who want to help. They wouldnt have answered you if they didnt want to. They have more people who want to talk, than they can respond to. Thank you to all who have listened to me.

You aren't bothering them. They chose to help you. You do resdese help.
Volunteers are here for you! We want the best for you! Don't give up if you don't mesh with your first listener; sometimes it takes time to find someone you click with.
If I do not reply right away,please do not get anxious and think I am trying to ignore you. Some plans may come up which is out of my control or I am busy with something important. I do try my best to keep in touch and get back to you as soon as possible.
To be patient ,kind and respectful to their listeners.
Please don't ever ever EVER be afraid to ask for help, and don't think that we are 24/7 busy and you're "wasting" our time. We are here for you!! <3
Don't be shy in asking for help! Also a good tip is stating what kind of problems you're having before submitting a general request so volunteers can better filter the topics they are proficient in.
Advice: When you select a topic the volunteers can see that topic. Pick a topic so there's a better chance to be paired up with a volunteer that can help.

First of all welcome to 7 cups...we are glad to have you here...You are at the right place...You are not allone.There is a team of trained listener and professionals waiting to help you.Just talk your heart out.

Congratulations......and welcome to our team.Yous should know that whatever you are doing matters here and also many people are counting on you.So just hear people out, make them comfortable be empathic....and who knows maybe this much act of your ,means a world to them.

Don't dwell on the past it's behind you and you can't change it just remembered it an use it as a guide and don't repeat it keep moveing forward and remember the future is what you make of it and it's not been set yet
