Give the site some time. Every time you are in the chat room or talking to a listener is going to be different. There are some amzing people here!

If your struggling with anything, could be from you got a bad grade or to a loved one passed. Talk to the listeners, their here to help you get better. We want to see you be back to being happy. You deserve to be happy, so whatever you're going through talk about it. It will help you so you could start to feel some of the weight off your chest.

Be prepared to move chats a lot if you have a complicated or ongoing issue. The journey is between both you and the listenerS, and you will be working with a team of people not just one.

Feel comfortable enough to talk to the listeners about your situation. They dont know you and cant see you so they cant judge you. They are here to help you solve whatever issue you are dealing with. If you feel like one listener isnt really helping you, there are a pool of others who may be better at helping you sort out your issue. Take it slow and relax and let yourself be heard.
