This is a very accurate definition. This can be a really traumatic and isolating thing for the individual on the receiving end.
Oh, absolutely. School bullying is so common, and I feel like it needs to be talked about more in a serious context - the school assemblies never get to the part of bullying where it feels like there's nothing else. It's not people saying 'you're stupid,' it's a constant, pervasive sense of isolation and humiliation that drives people to some awful things.
