Contact Information including Reporting

It can be a little confusing at times knowing who to contact for specific issues, so let's take a look at who to contact, and what to do if something doesn't look right.

Emails

forum@7cups.com - for any queries relating to forums and subcommunities

support@7cups.com - for any technical queries, it is advised to firstly submit a ticket here first.

community@7cups.com - you can use this email if you need to complete age verification, report user-user disputes, report people with multiple accounts or for any queries you have that are site related.

Reporting Forms

Profiles - If you see a profile with any information that doesn't seem right, you can report this to the Safety Patrol using this form

Reporting a Listener/Member - If you are facing an issue with a Listener or Member, you can make a report about this here. In 1-2-1 chats, you will see the block button (🚫), this will discontinue further communication with the member and will also allow you to report them at the time.

Chat Rooms - If someone is breaking rules in a chat room (rules can be located at the bottom of the chat screen) or someone is being put in any kind of danger, please fill in this form to request a moderator if one isn't already present.
