How to put a complaint?

Why is it not super easy to make aware of malpractice happening at 7 cups?

Many men are roaming around as predactors on 7 cups. They screwed up mental health more than they can even help. And it is not even pertaining to one location.

I have had a listener from the UK ask for ***. An American say casually that we can hang around nude ( God knows what that means). Now, suddenly, an Indian is like you can call me on a different app.

Where the scrutiny?

I understand free app and helpful. Fine! But how about creating safety? How many times do I just keep saving myself than getting genuine help?

Why is it not simple to raise a complaint? The listener I just spoke about evaporated in thin air. Even your moderator don't have much knowledge of mental health. If a person is in crisis, sometimes, they can guide the listener to ghost the member. I have experienced it first hand.

I am thankful to 7 cups but maybe the world will be a better place without such resources. An app which is being used to seek sex.

Hi there. I'm sorry you had to go through this. This isn't the kind of experience we wish for you on 7 Cups.

We want 7 Cups to continue to be an authentic, safe and compassionate space for seeking and providing emotional support. We enforce strict Safety and Reporting Guidelines that we encourage both members and listeners abide by. Unfortunately, not everyone is who they say they are.

Our Safety Patrol team is working endlessly to ensure a safe user experience. Please use this link to report an inappropriate chat or listener. I hope you won't hold a few negative conversations as a benchmark to define this community. I wish you a safe and healthy journey ahead.
