Wrong setting info

Hey, I just needed to know how to make a new member account under the same email. I tried deleting my old account (that I'm on right now), but if I go to make a new account it will just ask if I want to un-delete my old one. It sends a message saying I already have an account, which I do have a listener account. Just wondering if there's a way to permanently delete this account and make a new one, sorry if this is wasting time.

Did you just deactivate or did you actually request an account deletion?
I would recommend putting in a support ticket if you had your account deleted when you tried this, use the something else option
