Hello everyone. Can we try naming some of the important lessons we have learned on this app. For me I have improved on my communication skills, I have learnt empathy and compassion towards others. I have learnt reflective listening

What a fantastic question!
I think I've learned a lot about how to keep a casual conversation going. I've always been a good listener, but I originally struggled trying to figure out conversation questions and prompts for the casual chats.
I'm looking forward to seeing what everybody else says. :)

This is a great thread. I have moved it to a section where members can see it so they can also share what they have learned since joining this app.
I have learned that there are many different people in the world and that we all come together to be there for each other.
