1 on 1 chat with Members
How can I as a Member start a 1 on 1 chat with another Member? I can't seem to find out how. If no such feature is available, it should be added.
As far as I am aware you can't, and I think the reason why is due to the high level of risk, and the fact that 7cups is intended as a support site rather than a friendship hub. I hope this helps.

How can one support without being friend. It's rubbish thought. I hate this feature.
@Miracle as long as forums and subcommunities exist it is a friendship hub and the feature should be added so that some things can be discussed privately and not in public right now the only way to communicate with another member privately is to involve a listener which can cause embarassment and escalation a feeling they are being told on to involve other people in disputes is not a good idea so if theres a dispute right now there is no choice to have everything public and then people are punished for doing so as long as there are forums where members communicate with eachother where sometimes talking privately is the best thing to do and not publicly there should be a way to talk to them privately if this was only a 1-1 chat site or chatroom site that woulnt be an issue

The 1-1 chat feature is for support chats only. You can connect with other members in the chatrooms if you'd like to get to know each other better. Also the forums. :)
This is because support can only be offered by Listeners to Members and not vice versa. Each Listener who wants to get support, knows they have to log out and sign in with a Member account.
