Annoying sound when you come into the site - please get rid of it?

Hi 7cups,
Can you please get rid of the sound when you first log onto the site or going onto different pages? Its so utterly annoying and deafening!

Hey there
There is a speaker icon in the top right hand corner of your screen, click this and adjust your settings, and save.
This hopefully should get rid of the sound!
