Any way to contact admins that have bigger role than mods?
Hi, I'm asking this because, I'm getting tired of one mod, but 7 cups doesn't seem to want to do anything about it, even when I filled a report for that... (You can easily find my post why I want him to not be a mod in feedback Forum category) A mod is using his powers for wrong purpose, I talk to other mods, and have no problems, but when I talk to him, he deletes every single of my messages, and if not give me warnings, for nothing... I want anyone of people who is in higher role than a mod to have a look at him, while it's not right to do this..
@BioStar Have you reported this particular mod using the mod review form found in the chatroom rules? That will then be seen by the relevant admin and dealt with.

Yea I have, but everything is better at least now it is... I contacted another mod which I told my situation and what happened, and the mod ragarded me to another person that looks through these reports I believe ? So I'm gonna get this done slow but at least nicely and calmly... Because I don't want that mod abusing me honestly...
@BioStar I am glad it is getting sorted , and no one should be abused by anyone you are quite right.
Im really sorry to be reading this. Im a mod, and to think that a member of my team is behaving in such a way really does devastate me. This is not acceptable, under any circumstances and im happy to hear your taking action! If you need me, you know where you can find me. My PMs are always open. If you speak to a mod about what has been happening, they should be able to file a report on your behalf. Or you can also file a report. Another way to get support is to send us an email (community@7cups.com) or if you feel this is urgent, you can put the subject as ‘URGENT. I am happy to see people are taking action to try and support you with this, and again I want to offer my apologizes that you have had this experience. No one deserves this, and especially from someone who is supposed to be here to keep you safe. I want to assure you that 7 Cups will not allow this behaviour. Hi, I have contacted a mod few days ago, he helped me with the situation as I explain everything to him... So he basically gave a contact of someone else that works with file reports but I'm still waiting till the person that handle those reports is gonna have time to talk to me about this situation... But I guess my situation isn't really going anywhere right now (as in few past days) but if you have any other faster way of getting this done then sure... But it's just that I don't feel save or nor most of the people in a group chat when someone is talking about something or not agreeing with something then the mod will delete every message and give warnings (till a mute/ban) and force every one in a chat to move on, nobody wants that, and it is not fair... Like the first time I met him, I wrote nothing bad, didn't offend anyone, but the message keep on getting deleted instantly while he wanted everyone to move on, so he was just forcing the whole group of people by giving warnings and deleteing messages, and that is just abusive for everyone...
I did file a report after that happened the very first day, because I felt it was urgent, so what else can we do to get this done and stop with his abusive powers ?
