Automated messages?

Hi, as a Listener I'm not always available, I work 2 jobs, go to school, and have very important extra curricular activities like JROTC, randomly 7cups sends automated messages through my account even at 1am, and I want to help those people, but it sends so many, and I cant reply in time because it's always offline, is there anyway to turn this off?

Be sure that the "Automated Member welcoming" box is not checked.
