Can't download app :(
I have a Samsung mini s4 and i could previously download the app i did a factory reset and now it sayd it isnt compatable.... was it an update?

@Joyintodarkness there hasn't been an app update recently, though we hope to release version 2.5 this coming week.
I don't think there should be any problem supporting your device, especially if it worked before.
can you send me a PM so,e time so we can try to troubleshoot the problem together?

I had to re-reformat my phone and now it has completely stopped me from being able to download the app and i have installed everyhting i had on before when it was working....
@JoyIntoDarkness - how strange. I thought you told me the other day it had started working.
what happens when you try to download or install the app?

It did work the i reformatted my phone again ( it was crashing) and now it is saying its not compatible with my device but it was before :\ sorry to cause so much trouble

It may be an issue about your phone, the relation between you rebooting your phone and getting the app again. When you say you re-format your phone does that mean you have to re install all apps or just 7 Cups?
I would try to see ways to deal with the crashing thing besides re-boot. Rebooting too many times can damage your phone eventually. But I may be wrong, sure, I'm not an expert with mobile issues.

Yeah it is all apps i dont know whats going on with it to be quite honest....

i'm just sorry you're dealing with this. it must be frustrating.
I'd much rather hear about something even if in the end it's out of my control then not hear about it, so thank you and i hope it gets sorted.

You are for sure not a bother! It's great to learn which mobiles work and which do not and after all what we can all do about it. I've learned something new thanks to your thread so win-win hopefully if it turns out okay with yours as well.
