How long are conversations stored on the servers that are used by 7cupsoftea?

After a conversation is "deleted," can it be recovered by the IT professionals at 7cupsoftea, or at the company that hosts the website?

If your answer is NO, then the next question is: Are you sure that deleted conversations cannot be recovered, even if 7cupsoftea or the web host is served with a subpoena or a court order?

This is a simple yes or no question, and users have the right to now the answer.
