Exercising after Liposuction surgery !

It has been almost 3 weeks since I had the liposuction surgery from a cosmetic surgery clinic in Toronto. I want to know whether it is fine to begin abdominal exercises like indoor cycling and situps. Any pieces of advice in this concern will highly appreciated
