Follow a Feed Tag

We are told we can follow a feed tag in some of the special events post. How does one do this?
Also, I'm finding I'm not getting posts that I know exist under certain tags, I did submit a support ticket. Just wondering if others are experiencing this too.

I don't know how to follow a tag, I don't see that option anywhere.
Krink had mentioned there were some issues with capitilization and that was fixed. There are tags I know that were used and nothing shows up, or posts I know still aren't there. Ie. https://www.7cups.com/~dailydisabilityhelp
