I have been looking at the Certificate Table and it says for 'Rookie' I need to have completed 5 group chats (which I have done and in fact probably many more than that) but for some reason it's saying I have completed zero?

It's a bit confusing!
Every 25 group chat messages counts as 1 "group chat" so you would need to send a total of 125 group chat messages to obtain the "rookie" badge
