How Do I Make Apppointments For People Who Want to See Me Again?
I can't find the answer to this anywhere and admit I am not very tech savvy. So the questioins are:
1. How do I make the appointment. I know they go to Listeners and leave an offline message. So does that, then show up on my dashboard? And do I then answer it on the dashboard?
2.How will I know that it is the person I have made the appointment with as the "user name" will not come up, right? Just personal requests? So what I have right now is return users who see me by just doing the personal request thing. It is hit and miss.
3. I hate noticed that I don't have the whole conversation history when I look back and can't remember every story. Can I ask the person to give me a brief review to refresh my memory? Sounds so unprofessional to me.
4. What do I refer to myself as? What do I refer to them as? Listener an ? and is it called a chat.
Sorry for all the questions, but I am very new and can't seem to find my way around to get these answers. I don't see it in Q & A. If someone can tell me how to get this answered I would appreciate it as I have more ... they keep popping up . I think 4 is too much at the moment.

1. There really is nothing to use to set up appointment with people who wish to speak with you again. They can just leave you an offline message, or you can send them a message. If you have a new message, it will come up in the bar at the bottom of the screen, where you can also find the chat request queue. To get to your chats/message, you can click your listener name at the top right corner of the page and then go down to ?My Conversations?
2. If you have spoken with the person before, they should be able to message you again without sending a request, as long as they have not changed browsers or devices. When you click on ?personal request? when it pops up you should be able to see the username. It may be easier to ask people you talk to often, to create an account, if they wish.
3. Yes, the conversation begins to delete itself and you can?t really scroll up far in the history of the conversation. I agree it?s hard to remember. A new update coming out will give us a place to take notes during a conversation. I sometimes ask me to give me a brief review. They usually don?t mind and are very understanding.
4. Here at 7Cups, you are considered the listener, the people you talk to are members/guests, and you do chats together.
I hope I answered your questions! Don?t be afraid to ask me to clarify or explain something differently. When it comes to chats, we are asked to only take 2-3 at a time, so everyone gets the attention they need. It?s okay to not answer all your personal requests. You come first, only do what you are comfortable with.
