How do the QnAs work?

In my Listener dash I see a box with a question in it that I've answered. I haven't been notified on wether or not its been published

@NewRomantic677 - How long ago did you answer it? It can take some time to get through since there aren't too many people reviewing them right now.

I would give it a little more time before worrying about it, but if it goes another week, maybe reach out to the community managers.

I'm not sure, but I think you don't get a notification if the anwer wasn't published.
